Absolutely. Sign in with the same Google account on both devices, and your notes sync automatically.

The setup (once per device)

1. Open PenPage on your work computer
2. Tap Home → find My Cloud → tap the Google icon
3. Sign in with your Google account
4. Do the same on your phone/home computer
5. That's it — everything syncs

Only notes in the Cloud workspace sync. Local workspace stays local on purpose — for things you don't want leaving your device.
